- Proactive Follow-Up: Manage high-intent leads within a proven conversion system
- Consult & Negotiate: Genuinely help people accomplish their real estate goals through expert market knowledge
- Commit to Excellence: Attend weekly skill-development classes and implement high-level sales strategies
- Ownership: Take full responsibility for your pipeline, using our CRM, Luxury Websites, Listing Sign Valet and post-closing referral programs to scale
- Active CO Real Estate License (Active or In Progress)
- Coachability: A genuine desire to be challenged and held accountable to your own goals
- Hunger: A "self-starter" mentality. You don't wait for things to happen; you make them happen
- Flexibility: Ability to work a self-determined schedule, including weekends and evenings to meet client needs
