The Question: When a high-intent buyer calls to request a tour, will you be the agent to answer the call and close the deal? If you have the skill and the drive, we have the infrastructure to help you dominate.

Location: [1777 S Harrison St, STE Skydeck, Denver, CO]

Conveniently located office for agents in Denver, Lakewood, Aurora, Littleton, Centennial, Arvada and surrounding suburbs.

Pay: $48,000 - $400,000 per year (Commission Profit Share)

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Proactive Follow-Up: Manage high-intent leads within a proven conversion system
  • Consult & Negotiate: Genuinely help people accomplish their real estate goals through expert market knowledge
  • Commit to Excellence: Attend weekly skill-development classes and implement high-level sales strategies
  • Ownership: Take full responsibility for your pipeline, using our CRM, Luxury Websites, Listing Sign Valet and post-closing referral programs to scale

Requirements

  • Active CO Real Estate License (Active or In Progress)
  • Coachability: A genuine desire to be challenged and held accountable to your own goals
  • Hunger: A "self-starter" mentality. You don't wait for things to happen; you make them happen
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a self-determined schedule, including weekends and evenings to meet client needs
