Insurance Producer – Full Time

About the Role
We are looking for a driven, competitive Insurance Producer to join our growing agency. This is a performance-based role designed for individuals who want to build a real income by helping clients understand and secure the right coverage.
This is not a “sit and wait” position. This role is for someone who is motivated, coachable, and ready to work a structured sales process.
What You’ll Do
- Work inbound internet leads and outbound opportunities daily
- Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
- Quote and present auto, home, and life insurance options
- Educate clients on coverage, not just price
- Follow a structured sales process with daily activity expectations
- Maintain strong follow-up and closing discipline
Compensation
- Base Salary: $32,000 – $35,000
- Commission based on monthly written premium
- Tiered commission structure with higher earning potential at higher production levels
- Additional bonus opportunities based on agency performance
Top performers will earn significantly more through commission and bonuses.
Performance Expectations
- First 90 days ramp:
- Month 1: $20,000 in written premium
- Month 2: $30,000
- Month 3: $40,000
- Ongoing expectations:
- $50,000 monthly production
- $60,000 rolling average for top performers
This role is built for individuals who want to grow into high-level producers.
Daily Activity Expectations
- High outbound call volume
- Minimum 3 hours talk time per day
- Consistent quoting and follow-up
- Strong pipeline management
Requirements
- Property & Casualty License (or ability to obtain quickly)
- Life & Health License (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
