Salary: $45,000 Commensurate with experience and qualifications
Work Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Position summary: Nauticon is seeking a customer-centric, detail-oriented professional to support its service department. The primary responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher are to field customer calls and emails, enter service requests and supply orders into the service management database, and provide updates regarding service calls, parts availability, and supply orders.
Position responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails to service department
- Log service calls and supply orders into the service management database
- Assist customers with troubleshooting minor service issues via phone
- Assign service calls to technicians as needed
- Verify and approve supply orders for fulfillment
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability and desire to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to act with a sense of urgency while paying attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Database knowledge plus: E-automate
Education/Experience Requirements:
- 1-3 years of customer service experience required
