The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including vacation rentals,residential, commercial, turnovers and hospitality settings. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and other fabrics as needed, ensuring they are clean and well-maintained.
- Conduct carpet cleaning using appropriate equipment and techniques to maintain quality standards.
- Manage custodial duties in various settings such as hotels or residential properties, ensuring all areas are presentable.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and responding to inquiries professionally.
- Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages.
Experience
- Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices or residential cleaning services is advantageous.
- Skills in cooking or food sanitation may be beneficial for roles involving kitchen maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential qualities.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
