About Us
Nautical One Marine Center is Florida's newest marine dealership, opening Fall 2026 just outside Winter Park on I-4. We're building our team now to prepare for launch. Our senior management team brings decades of industry experience and is committed to creating a premier work environment for both our team and our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform boat washes, detailing, polishing, waxing, and interior cleaning.
- Prepare new and pre-owned boats for customer delivery.
- Maintain the appearance and organization of the sales lot and showroom.
- Assist with service wash-downs and customer pickup preparation.
- Support boat show and dealership event setup and teardown.
- Operate tractors or other equipment to move boats on land (training provided if needed).
- Assist with boat launches, retrievals, and occasional on-water testing as directed.
- Maintain detailing equipment, supplies, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
- Follow all company safety procedures and environmental guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous marine or boat detailing experience preferred.
- Knowledge of proper detailing products, chemicals, and techniques for fiberglass, gel coat, vinyl, upholstery, stainless steel, and painted surfaces.
- Experience operating boats and/or tractors is preferred.
- Valid Florida driver's license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and work on ladders for extended periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, humidity, rain, and direct sunlight.
- Ability to safely operate detailing equipment, power tools, and cleaning equipment.
Set schedule: Tuesday – Saturday 9AM–5PM OFF Sunday and Monday
