Nautical Boat Club® is expanding, and we’re looking for high-potential college seniors—preferably from the University of South Carolina, graduating December 2025 or May 2026—to join our leadership pipeline as Managers in Training.

🚀 What You’ll DoAs a Manager in Training (MIT), you will be immersed in a structured leadership development program designed to fast-track you into management. You’ll gain hands-on experience in:
