Nauset Regional High School
DESCRIPTIVE STATEMENT
OF POSITION:
Math-proficient Paraeducator who will be assigned to classes where the highest needs are present, Title I Math.
Position requires the following:
Proficient in Pre-Algebra, Algebra and some Geometry.
Strong communication skills; written and speaking
Ability to assist students under the direction of the classroom teacher in whole group, small group, and individualized settings
Provide support and services to students to meet educational goals and objectives
Ability to collaborate with staff in and out of the classroom
Strong technology skills
A demonstrated ability to work well with others
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to perform necessary physical activities to fulfill job responsibilities
High School diploma required; college course work preferred
Experience working with High School aged students grades 9-12
SALARY:
Per Paraeducator Contract
This is a grant funded position
AVAILABILITY:
Immediately
Salary : $24 - $27
