Nauset Marine's Service Advisors are responsible for preparing completed jobs into easy-to-understand customer invoices and capturing payments.
This full-time position requires working Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays and overtime during peak seasons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Intake: Capture and record customers' needs and concerns.
- Work Order Creation: Translate recommendations into detailed work orders for technicians.
- Liaison: Function as the liaison between service technician and customer.
- Invoice Preparation: Prepare and finalize completed jobs into easy-to-comprehend customer invoices.
- Payment Capture: Capture payment from customers.
