We are hiring a boat sales person who can help guide clients through their next boat or motor purchase so they can enjoy the waters of Cape Cod and beyond.

What We’re Looking For?
We seek a motivated, personable sales professional who can:
- Connect, build trust, advise, and guide clients through the boat buying process
- Proactively generate and nurture new leads while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
- Leverage proven sales experience, preferably in the marine industry
- Communicate clearly and effectively with strong interpersonal skills
- Share a passion for the water and comprehensive knowledge of boats, marine equipment, and the boating lifestyle
- Work weekends, boat shows, demo events, and has a willingness to meet client scheduling needs
Key responsibilities:
- Lead customers through the full sales journey — from inquiry to delivery
- Prospect, network, and proactively grow your customer pipeline
- Engage with customers to understand their boating needs, budget, and preferences
- Draft sales contracts, prepare all necessary paperwork, and coordinate with service and administrative teams to ensure a seamless transaction
- Represent Nauset Marine at boat shows, demo days, and other promotional activities
- Stay current on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings
