The Inside Outside Sales role at Nauset Engineering & Equipment, Inc. is a full-time, on-site position located in Mansfield, MA. The candidate will serve as a key representative of the company, engaging in both internal and external sales activities. Regular responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, managing accounts, providing training sessions for clients, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role also involves collaborating with clients to identify appropriate solutions to meet their needs, conducting field service visits, and coordinating with the internal team to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.
- Expertise in Customer Service and proactive communication with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Proven experience in Sales and Account Management, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in delivering hands-on Training sessions to educate clients on products and solutions.
- Experience in Field Service to provide on-site support and evaluate system performance.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills in a professional environment.
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with industrial air handling or HVAC systems is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in a sales or engineering environment is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for field visits within the region.
