Position Overview
We’re seeking an Experienced HVAC Technician with at least 3 years of field experience in both service and installation of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, and ready to join a growing team that values craftsmanship and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits
- Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections
- Communicate findings and recommendations to customers clearly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Ensure all installations comply with local codes and manufacturer specifications
- Provide exceptional customer service and uphold company standards
- Participate in rotating on-call schedule as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC field experience (service or installation required)
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
