- Implements individualized behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
- Provides direct, one-on-one or small-group behavioral support in classrooms, community settings, and other school environments.

- Assists in preparing materials, visual supports, and resources needed for instructional and behavioral programming.
- Attends staff meetings, department meetings, and parent conferences as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions, implement protocols with accuracy, and implement behavioral techniques that are ethically and culturally responsive.
- Strong interpersonal skills and human relation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to respect the rights of all students and the rules of confidentiality.
- Physical ability to work with students in a variety of physical positions (e.g., seated, standing, floor-based activities) and to respond quickly in crisis situations.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical guidelines of the BACB.
- Prior experience working in a school setting is preferred.

JOB SUMMARY: Under the close, ongoing supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides direct behavioral intervention services to students, implements behavior plans, collects accurate and objective data, and supports the development of students' communication, social, and adaptive skills in alignment with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). The RBT adheres to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) RBT Ethics Code 2.0, district policies, and applicable state and federal laws.
