We have completely renovated our heritage spa in East Hampton and are looking to hire and develop a motivated team to bring our brand to life!
THE JOB:
The Front Desk Supervisor will manage the operations of client experience. The Front Desk Supervisor will serve clients by warmly welcoming them to the spa, orienting them with spa facilities, escorting them to their treatment, assisting them with scheduling appointments, maintaining records and accounts, answering the phone and direct calls to the appropriate person, and acts as a salesperson for the retail boutique. The Spa Supervisor will “Expertly Deliver Personalized Service.”
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Consistently provides best-in-class client service
- Maintains schedule and scheduling needs
- Remains knowledgeable about all products and services and suggests add-on treatments to client based on availability
- Serves as first point of contact for clients by warmly welcoming them to Naturopathica by phone and in-person
- Keeps client appointments on schedule
- Schedules appointments properly and allocates the appropriate amount of time needed for each service
- Serve as retail salesperson for the Spa, includes selling and stock maintenance
- Perform basic math and money handling, and maintain a spa desk bank
- Performs administrative tasks
- Provides information and feedback to management with the goal of fostering quality and efficiency in providing client service
- Maintains client’s accounts by obtaining, recording and updating personal and financial information
- Conducts outreach and referral development to meet sales goals and client scheduling expectations
- Collaborates, develops and maintains strong relationships and cross-functional efforts across all levels of the organization
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management
- Properly care for equipment and treatment rooms
- Follows policies and procedures, and upholds the standards of sanitation and sterilization, reporting to management needed changes or concerns
- Remains knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and all aspects of Naturopathica’s marketplace
