Position: Landscape Construction Supervisor

Landscape Construction Supervisor Job Description:

• Reading and implementing landscape designs
• See that each client is completely satisfied with the project service provided
• Provide ongoing supervision of field team members, including time an attendance monitoring, uniform/appearance monitoring, compliance with company policies and procedures, etc
• Make necessary adjustments to maintenance and enhancement crew schedules to ensure efficiency
• Supervise subcontractors in relation to schedule, quality and completion and to ensure the subcontractor conforms to NatureScape’s standards of workmanship and client communication.
• Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to remain on schedule, within budget, and client satisfaction
• Assisting in job scheduling and coordination of subcontractors
• Ensure that NatureScape, Inc.'s Standards for Excellence are attained and safety guidelines are followed.

Landscape Installation Foreman Qualifications:

• 3-year’s experience working in construction/landscape construction
• 2-years experience supervising and motivating team(s) of people
• 2-years experience operating skid steer loader / must have excellent grade work skills and experience
• Hardscape Experience Required (i.e. installation of flagstone patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens and fireplaces, etc.)
• Extensive knowledge of landscape installation including setting of landscape plants and trees
• Knowledge of the design and installation of softscapes, hardscapes, irrigations systems, lighting and drainage systems
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Extensive understanding of landscape installation techniques.
• Capable of lifting up to 60 lbs. and working in adverse (hot, cold, wet) conditions.
• Landscape personnel report on site to our location in Pelham, AL. Landscape Supervisors will direct teams and team members on various job sites throughout the central Alabama area.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Driving Record will be checked, a clean Driving Record is required.
• Candidate must have a personal vehicle; reliable transportation is required.
• It is required that all Team Members must undergo a Full Drug Screen and Criminal Background Checks in accordance with local laws and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Rate: $22 to $25 per hour based on experience evaluation of work related skills.
