Position: Quality Assurance Supervisor

Nature’s Bakery, a fast-growing national brand of better-for-you snacks, has immediate openings for a Quality Assurance Supervisor.  We have openings on all shifts and offer 40 hours per week for regular full-time employees and 20-24 hours per week for part-time employees. Interviews and offer decisions are often made on the same day.

• Air conditioned and safe working environment.  Our bakery in Hazelwood is temperature controlled.  When the weather outside is freezing or sweltering hot, the temperature inside our facility stays comfortable between 70 to 72 degrees, so you can be at your best.

• Competitive wages.  In addition to a competitive base hourly rate, we offer eligible full time employees sign-on bonuses of $500, shift differentials for second and third shifts, individual performance bonuses, team incentives, and opportunities to earn overtime.
