We Are Hiring
Natureplex is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead laboratory operations and quality control activities in our FDA-regulated manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing analytical and microbiological testing, managing quality systems, supporting regulatory compliance, and leading a team dedicated to ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily Quality Control laboratory operations, including analytical and microbiological testing.
- Oversee testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
- Lead investigations related to deviations, CAPAs, OOS results, and quality issues.
- Manage stability programs, laboratory validations, and change control activities.
- Develop, review, and maintain laboratory procedures, specifications, and test methods.
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, GMP, GDP, GLP, and company quality standards.
- Monitor quality metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train, coach, and develop laboratory personnel.
- Support internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections.
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, and other departments to resolve quality concerns.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biology, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
- Previous supervisory or management experience.
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, GMP, GDP, and GLP requirements.
- Experience with laboratory instrumentation, including HPLC, GC, FTIR, and wet chemistry testing.
- Strong analytical, investigation, technical writing, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Experience in OTC pharmaceuticals, biologics, medical devices, personal care, or food manufacturing.
- Lean Six Sigma certification.
- Experience managing both analytical and microbiology laboratory functions.

Schedule
