Position Overview
The Inventory Manager will oversee all aspects of inventory control, warehouse operations, and supply chain coordination. This role ensures that materials and finished goods are accurately tracked, properly stored, and readily available to meet production and customer demand. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about optimizing processes in alignment with Naturepedic’s mission of sustainability and quality.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement inventory management strategies to maintain optimal stock levels
· Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of materials
· Monitor inventory accuracy through regular audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations
· Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales teams to forecast demand and align inventory levels
· Manage inventory software systems and generate reports for leadership
· Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to reduce waste and costs
· Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability standards
· Lead, train, and support warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
· 3–5 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain roles
· DIGITALLY ORIENTED and capable of handling large data sets
· Must possess a working knowledge of Advanced Excel Functions
· Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and ERP software
· Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
