We're searching for a friendly, multitasking champion to:
· Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
· Triage patient calls and messages with kindness and compassion
· Manage appointments and phone calls efficiently
· Gather supplements and medications with accuracy
· Answer questions and provide clear direction
· Thrive in a fast-paced, supportive environment
Bonus points if you have:
· Experience handling high call volumes
· Knowledge of naturopathic medicine or healthcare
· A knack for organization and attention to detail
· A can-do attitude and ability to learn quickly
This position starts is offered as a part time/ PRN schedule starting at 24 hours per week- with the possibility of more hours available
(M- Th 8:30 am - 5 pm and Friday 8:30 am - 2 pm )
Competitive pay starting at $17/hour
