Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, utilizing RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements.
- Stock shelves and organize warehouse space efficiently to optimize storage capacity and facilitate quick access for order picking.
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks to load and unload trucks safely and effectively.
- Assist with shipping & receiving processes by preparing shipping labels, verifying order details, and coordinating with carriers for timely dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment by following safety protocols and performing routine inspections.
Qualifications
- Prior warehouse experience is highly preferred; familiarity with warehouse distribution processes is a plus.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, AS400 or similar ERP systems.
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately.
- Experience with order fulfillment, picking & packing, shipping & receiving procedures in an e-commerce or distribution setting.
- Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks and load/unload trucks safely.
