Wheel Loader Snow Plow Operators
Nature’s Touch is beginning this year’s winter operations and hiring experienced Wheel Loader Snow Plow Operators for the upcoming snow season. We operate new, well-maintained equipment.
Position Overview
You’ll be responsible for clearing commercial lots, roads, walks, and properties using a wheel loader with a snow pusher. This role requires attention to detail, experience and safe operation of heavy machinery, and the ability to work during storms—day or night. Must be available when it snows and throughout the duration of the storm
What You’ll Do
- Operate a wheel loader with a pusher, box plow, or power wings
- Clear commercial lots, entrances, loading zones, and drive lanes
- Assist with hand shoveling around tight areas, walkways, and entry doors when needed
- Maintain safe equipment operation at all times
- Communicate with dispatch and coworkers during events
- Complete routes efficiently and professionally

Requirements
- Experience with wheel loaders or heavy equipment
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work during winter storms
- Reliable transportation to the job site
- Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs (if shoveling required at times)
