What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Designer position at Nature's Path?
What You’ll Do:
You will guard and refine brand identities, build multichannel design systems, and translate strategy into tangible consumer touchpoints—always through the lens of sustainability and organic integrity. You will partner closely with Brand, Marketing Services, Ecommerce, Sales, R&D, Supply and Regulatory teams to deliver efficient consumer visual experiences that build brand love and drive growth.
Lead packaging innovation & execution: own the end-to-end packaging design workflow—concepting, prototyping, prepress, and press approvals—delivering sustainable, regulation compliant, and visually efficient design solutions that win at shelf and reinforce our organic mission.
Champion brand integrity across every touchpoint: apply and protect brand guidelines across packaging, digital, in-store, OOH and social channels while evolving design systems to address innovation needs and audience trends.
Deliver big ideas and multichannel design systems: deliver scalable, component-based ideas for campaigns, events, and product launches that internal and external partners can apply with confidence. Translate insights, briefs, and data into big ideas, mood boards, and narrative storyboards that win stakeholder approval.
Deliver high-fidelity creative: produce print ready packaging files, web, motion assets, retail POS, and OOH/experiential installations while balancing multiple deadlines.
Provide art direction for production partners: Develop shot lists, direct photographers and videographer's onset, and craft postproduction guidelines to ensure visual cohesion.
Collaborate cross functionally: Work hand in hand with Brand, Sales, Ecommerce, Product Development, and external agencies to bring programs to life.
Mentor and inspire: Coach junior designers and freelancers, share best practices, and foster a culture of curiosity, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Stay future focused: Track design, CPG, and sustainability trends, champion accessibility standards (AODA/WCAG), and recommend forward-thinking tools and processes.
