Nature's Path is seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient packaging of our products.
Responsibilities:
- Operate various automated packaging & processing equipment in the production process.
- Set up machinery and ensure all production materials are readily available for each run.
- Monitor equipment and replenish materials as needed.
- Visually inspect production runs and document results.
- Troubleshoot minor line and equipment issues and notify maintenance if unable to resolve.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Must have good attendance
- Must have strong attention to detail, work well as part of a team, and be flexible to help where needed
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to operate manufacturing equipment safely with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of industrial technology a plus (e.g., HMI interface, labeling equipment)
- Must be able to stand, twist, bend for long periods of time and occasionally lift up to 50lbs
- Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and written in the English language
