Responsibilities:
- Manage leave programs, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
- Support payroll function, including processing employee payments and benefits
- Administer the performance management program, ensuring fair and effective evaluation of employee performance
- Assist in managing employee relations, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Responsible for policy administration, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3 years' experience in a HR role
- UKG experience preferred or HRIS systems
- Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills
Compensation:
This is a full-time, non-exempt hourly position, working 40 hours per week. The salary range is $31.53 to $38.46 per hour, based on experience.
