What are the responsibilities and job description for the Key Holder/Sales Associate position at NATURE'S PANTRY?
Nature’s Pantry is looking for Key Holder/Sales Associate with retail management experience. We are looking for an individual to work closely with Store Manager to ensure the smooth transition of day shift into night shift. Must have supervisory experience. You will ensure a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly and efficient customer service. Must be available to work nights and weekends.
Responsibilities:
· Supervise and delegate staff
· Excellent communication skills with Store Managers and staff
· Excellent skills for training and mentoring staff
· A demonstrated ability to follow through on commitments
· Time management skills to balance multiple priorities
· Excellent customer service
· Store closing (registers, clean up, etc.)
· Receiving and processing of products
· Office and computer skills with common programs including Excel, Word, email, etc.
· The ability to lift 50 lbs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
