Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- 7 years of relevant experience in technical support, systems administration, or a related field, including 3 years in a senior role.
- Expert knowledge of IT infrastructure, network systems, and cybersecurity practices.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Resolve advanced technical issues involving IT infrastructure and complex environments.
- Manage server and network configurations.
- Mentor junior technical support staff.
- Lead IT projects from planning through execution.
- CompTIA Security : Validates baseline cybersecurity skills.
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP): Recognizes advanced information security skills.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate: Focuses on managing cloud services in Azure.
- VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization (VCP-DCV): Demonstrates expertise in VMware vSphere environments.
- Cisco Certified CyberOps Associate: Prepares for roles in cybersecurity operations.
- Must be 21 years of age to apply.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to pass a federal background check.
