Security Field Supervisor Responsibilities & Duties
· Lead and manage a team of security personnel to ensure effective security operations
· Implement security procedures and protocols to protect clients and assets
· Conduct regular security assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities
· Develop and maintain relationships with law enforcement, fire, and emergency response agencies
· Investigate security incidents and incidents to determine the cause and develop corrective actions
· Train and educate security personnel on proper security procedures and techniques
· Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to security operations
· Maintain accurate records and documentation related to security operations
· Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on security operations and performance
· Fill in for operations manager at times when needed
· Verify payroll when applicable
· Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations
Security Field Supervisor Qualifications & Skills
· Associate’s degree in security management, criminal justice, and a High School Diploma is accepted if accompanied by at least 5 years of Supervisory experience
· 5 years of experience in a security supervisory leadership role
· Proven experience leading and managing a team of security personnel
· Strong understanding of security procedures and protocols
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to think critically and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations
· Flexibility to work varying shifts and on-call as needed
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and security-related software and technology
· Must have a driver’s license
· Must be able to obtain Fire Certification F01, F02, F03, F04 and Fire and Life Safety credentials within the first 30-60 days of employment

Pay: $25.00 per hour
