Nature’s Apprentice is looking for a skilled Carpenter / Field Project Lead to join our growing team. This role combines hands-on carpentry with project leadership in the field.
While carpentry work is an important part of the position, this role also helps coordinate crews and support project management to keep jobs running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Perform carpentry work including decks, pergolas, structures, and custom outdoor features
- Assist with coordinating day-to-day activities on job sites
- Work with the project manager to keep projects on schedule
- Help guide crew members and maintain quality standards
- Communicate material needs and job progress
- Support overall landscape construction when carpentry work is not required
Qualifications
- Carpentry experience (construction or landscape structures)
- Ability to read plans and work with precision
- Leadership mindset and willingness to help manage projects
- Strong problem-solving skills in the field
- Valid driver's license
- Bilingual English and Spanish
What We’re Looking For
A craftsman who enjoys building but is also comfortable helping lead projects and keeping work organized on-site.
Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
