Your Role:
As a Customer Service Associate your job is one of the most important. Your goal is to create an amazing guest experience to anyone who walks through our doors. Whether that be helping a guest find a product or making sure the shelfs are stocked. Every little detail matters!
Your Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests
- Helping guests find products
- Answering questions about products
- Answering the phone
- Stocking product
- Cleaning the store
- Checking out guests
