We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Flooring Wholesale Sales Representative to expand and maintain our wholesale customer base, including builders, contractors, renovation companies, designers, and distributors. This role requires strong sales skills, client management experience, and industry knowledge to drive business growth and increase market share.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Develop new wholesale customers, including builders, renovation companies, contractors, and designers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and providing expert product recommendations and sales support.
Job Requirements:
- Industry Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in wholesale sales or retail, preferably in the flooring or building materials industry. Existing client networks are a plus.
- Sales Skills: Strong negotiation and business development skills with the ability to independently acquire and retain clients.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with different flooring products, installation processes, and market trends.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to build long-term relationships with customers.
- Results-Oriented: Self-driven with a strong sense of responsibility and achievement.
- Driving Requirement: Valid driver’s license with the ability to visit clients and expand business opportunities.
