- Develop comprehensive lesson plans aligned with Florida B.E.S.T. Standards to promote literacy, creative writing, and analytical skills
- Incorporate various instructional strategies including instructional design, learning technology, and differentiated approaches to meet diverse student needs
- Facilitate engaging classroom discussions that enhance comprehension, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Assess student progress through standardized testing, formative assessments, and project-based evaluations; provide constructive feedback
- Manage classroom behavior effectively using behavior management techniques to create a positive learning environment
- Support students’ social-emotional development through personalized academic advising and literacy education strategiesHeader: Skills
- Expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and instructional design tailored for diverse learners
- Proficiency in using learning technology tools to enhance classroom engagement and facilitate remote or hybrid instruction
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with students, parents, staff, and administration
- Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple classes, assessments, and extracurricular activities
- Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and literacy assessment tools to monitor student progress
- Demonstrated classroom management skills combined with a passion for fostering literacy education and working with students of all backgrounds
Pay: $47,500.00 - $59,000.00 per year
