Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Lead and oversee all landscaping operations within your region, including project planning, execution, and maintenance, ensuring high-quality results.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, foster relationships with prospective clients, and drive revenue growth in your region.
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their landscaping needs, addressing concerns, and delivering exceptional service.
Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of landscape professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
Environmental Stewardship: Promote and enforce environmentally sustainable landscaping practices, including the use of native plants, organic materials, and water-efficient irrigation methods.
Budget and Resource Management: Manage budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and control costs to ensure profitability while maintaining quality standards.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure all landscaping activities comply with local regulations and safety standards, promoting a safe working environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Business management degree preferred
- Proven experience in landscaping management, with a minimum of 5 years in a Branch/ Region leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of sustainable landscaping practices, native plant species, and wildlife habitat creation.
- Exceptional project management skills, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships and lead a team effectively.
