What are the responsibilities and job description for the Occupational Therapist position at Naturally Well?
We are a wellness and aesthetic studio in Delaware looking to contract a licensed OTR for monthly state-mandated administrative oversight for General Supervision for a COTA who sees wellness clients. This would require one direct, face-to-face check-in per month, which can alternate via interactive video/telehealth. We are offering a flat retainer fee for this administrative oversight approximately 1 hour per month. The role is strictly compliance-based: reviewing our baseline wellness intake logs once a month, conducting a brief monthly sync, and monthly supervision logs. No hands-on patient care or travel is required.
