Job Summary
As part of our Aeration and Seeding Crew, you will be responsible for performing core aeration and overseeding services to improve the health and appearance of our clients’ lawns. This is a physically demanding, outdoor position that requires attention to detail, customer service, and the ability to work as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate lawn aerators (walk-behind and ride-on) and seeders safely and efficiently
- Prepare lawns for aeration and seeding by clearing debris and identifying potential obstacles
- Apply seed and other lawn treatments according to company standards
- Load and unload equipment from trucks and trailers
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance at job sites
- Communicate with team leads and clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred but not required
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment (aerators, seeders, etc.)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record a plus
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
