Salary: $55,000–$60,000 annually (based on experience)

Junior Accountant Duties:
- Prepare and issue customer invoices and maintain accurate Accounts Receivable records;
- Process Accounts Payable invoices and prepare check runs and electronic payments;
- Prepare weekly Accounts Receivable aging reports and monitor collection activities;
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and assist with monthly and quarterly financial close processes;
- Monitor and manage the Finance Department email inbox and respond to internal and external inquiries;
- Work under the supervision of the Director of Finance;
- Assist with revenue contract administration and customer account setup;
- Assist with year-end corporate tax preparation;
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, including the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement.
Junior Accountant Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- 1–2 years of accounting or finance experience (internships considered).
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
