We deliver building-wide, move-in ready Internet and community Wi-Fi solutions at no cost to ownership — partnering with developers and institutional owners to enhance resident experience and asset value.What You’ll Do• Secure MDU access and bulk Internet agreements
• Target new construction and retrofit multifamily assets
• Build relationships with owners, developers, and property managers
• Negotiate long-term license and revenue-share agreements
• Drive Boston market expansionWhat We’re Looking For• 5 years experience in multifamily real estate, telecom, or infrastructure sales
• Strong Boston-area industry relationships
• Experience negotiating long-term agreements
