Job Description
Natural Way is hiring a Lawn Care Supervisor to support daily field operations and technician performance. This is a hands-on field leadership role for an experienced lawn care professional.
You will perform lawn care services, diagnose turf issues, support technicians in the field, and assist with day-to-day crew management.
Responsibilities
- Perform lawn care and pest control services
- Diagnose lawn issues (insects, disease, cultural problems)
- Support lawn care technicians in the field
- Assist with daily crew supervision and route support
- Troubleshoot and perform basic equipment repairs
- Handle customer service issues as needed
- Use company software to review accounts and contact customers
- Pick up supplies and support branch operations
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of lawn care or fertilization experience
- Strong knowledge of lawn care diagnostics
- Ride-on equipment experience (preferred)
- Supervisor or lead technician experience (preferred)
- Michigan Pesticide Certification Category 3A required
- Categories 3B, 7A, and 7F required (company assistance available)
- Valid Michigan Driver’s License
- Chauffeur’s License
- DOT medical card
Important Note
This role is best suited for someone who leads by example in the field and takes ownership when problems come up.
