Duties:
- Perform tree assessments to determine health, stability, and potential risks
- Recommend appropriate tree services including trimming, removal, plant health care, etc.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns
- Diagnose and recommend treatments of tree diseases and pests
- Identify tree and shrub plantings for clients around the Denver metro area
- Assist crew and managers in planning for successful job completion
- Develop new business opportunities and clients
- Maintain the highest level of integrity in representing our company
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of local tree species, diseases, and pests
- Proficient in ISA tree pruning techniques and equipment operation
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose tree issues accurately
- Ability to consistently meet our sales targets
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Arborist is required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- ISA certification is required, QS is also preferred
