Salon Consultant

We are looking for Full-Time and Part-Time Sales Associates!

Job Duties and Description:

• Greets and services members in a friendly and professional manner

• Displays and explains all tanning/spa services and products

• Answers and transfers phone calls in a timely and professional manner

• Schedules appointments for members

• Processes member paperwork, including address changes, member cancellations, new members, electronic funds transfers, and payments

• Meets weekly sales goal expectations

• Ensures and maintains overall cleanliness of salon

• Cleaning tanning beds and spa services in a timely manner

• Other duties as may be assigned

Qualifications:

• Exceptional customer service experience

• Demonstrable abilities in customer service and multi-tasking

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

• Must possess high levels of Integrity, reliability and flexibility

• 1 years’ experience in a retail sales environment preferred

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

• Must be able to multitask in a fast- paced environment

Availability:

• Full-Time 25-40, Part-time 15-25 hours a week

• Must be flexible and available to work nights and weekends!!

• Shifts vary within these times: Monday- Sunday 8:30am- 8:30pm
