Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator/Receptionist/Sales Associate to oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative workflows. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, with experience in office management and bookkeeping. The Office Administrator will be responsible for maintaining efficient office procedures such as receptionist duties and selling products to support overall business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including front desk duties and phone systems
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using QuickBooks
- Manage payroll processing and assist with budgeting activities
- Assist customers and clients in granite, marble, quartz, etc. options
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration or related roles with strong clerical and organizational skills
- Experience with event planning, vendor management, payroll, budgeting, and bookkeeping (QuickBooks preferred)
- Knowledge about selling granite, marble, quartz, etc. is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in filing, record keeping, and administrative procedures
