- Position Overview

We are hiring for:

• Lead Installers
• Turf Installers
• Crew Members
• Equipment Operators

This role is hands-on and outdoors. You’ll work with a skilled crew building some of the most unique outdoor projects in the region. If you enjoy construction, working with equipment, being outside, and creating impressive finished products, this is a great opportunity.

- What You’ll Do

• Install artificial turf and putting greens
• Site prep, grading, and compaction
• Operate skid steers, compactors, and tools
• Build golf features including bunkers, fringe, and tee boxes
• Assist with drainage and base construction
• Ensure projects meet high-quality standards
• Maintain clean and professional job sites
• Work efficiently with crew leaders and team members
