What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pool Cleaner position at Natural State Pool and Spa LLC?
We are looking for a pool route cleaner to carry out cleaning duties on weekly basis. The goal is to keep our customers pools in a clean and orderly condition.
Responsibilities
- Clean, stock, and supply customers with all cleaning needs - vacuuming, brushing, emptying pump and skimmer baskets, maintaining on site chemical supplies, and maintaining proper chemical levels
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills
- Proven working experience as a cleaner or similar job field training- will train right individual
- Ability to handle independent work, routing software and app based assignments
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies - will train right person
- Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
- Integrity
- High school degree
- Must have auto insurance at all times.

2. You are required to have working phone after hours, one will be provided to you for job use only.
3. Pool care takes dedicated individual to properly maintain our customers pools, this job is solely your responsibility and our customers will call you out when you don't perform. 3x your out rule applies.
4. Our after training pay is geared towards quality of your work and will increase over time. 2 weeks full training pay traveling with our cleaner and chemical certification is the standard. You are taking over our current cleaners position while he is stepping into other roles here. There is possibility to advance here. We are fast growing company but if you want this ... details matter, quality matters. This is our companies fundamental focus.

This position is set route but you can take on other skills.
