Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager located in Milwaukee, WI. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing key accounts, fostering strong relationship, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for problem solving. The role will involve regular on-site visits to clients and audits of job sites.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in contractor services, facility management or property management
- Proven track record of managing large accounts and achieving sales targets
- Strong Analytical Skills, Problem-Solving Abilities, and Financial Reporting Knowledge
- Experience in Account Management and Key Accounts
- Excellent Interpersonal and Customer Service skills
- Proficient communicator and relationship-building abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to thrive in fast paced environment and manage variable customer deadlines

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients
- Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
