Natural Retreats is looking for a full-time Property Manager to join our Callista team in Santa Rosa Beach, FL . Property Managers oversee the properties under Callista management and ensure that all homes are properly cleaned, staged, and maintained. Core roles include executing the overall organization and management of the properties, confirming that housekeeping, maintenance, and inspections are performed, and performing general administrative tasks related to the job. An essential function of the Property Manager is to keep their Manager informed of and up to date on any guest and/or home issues to ensure the proper steps are taken to guarantee guest and owner satisfaction. The Property Manager will interact and communicate with current homeowners by keeping them informed and sustaining and cultivating the relationship. In addition, this individual will need to assist new homeowners with Callista's processes, procedures, and standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Prepare for guest’s arrival to the property by completing the following duties, which include but are not limited to:
- Ensure all home systems are in operating order
- Stage the property per standards
- Report any damages, missing items, etc. after guests’ departures to the Manager immediately
- Submit pictures of damages, missing items, etc. with a detailed summary of the issue(s)
- Complete and provide feedback on any operational reports and inspections according to Natural Retreats policies and procedures
- Conduct investigations and complete reports according to Natural Retreats’ policies in the event of accidents or injuries to guests
Maintain accurate financial records for all homes to include monthly owner statements, monthly credit card reports and brand specific invoices
- Assist in all aspects of the housekeeping vendor relationships and assist housekeeping as needed to ensure the homes are up to brand standards and ready for guest arrival.
- Oversee all independent Inspector and Housekeeping contractors
- Oversee vendors such as lawn care, pool care, property care, etc.
- Assist with inventory control of all guest linens and report this information to the Manager
- As directed by the Manager and owner, assist with ordering of other household items
- Maintain updated reports and ensure all information is documented and filed appropriately as well as damage reports collation from housekeepers and inspectors
- To be a brand ambassador, promoting all 360 Blue, Callista and Natural Retreats’ destinations and services to guests and colleagues alike
- Other duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years in hospitality, property management and/or similar industry
- Must be computer savvy and able to learn new systems and software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Communication Proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in addition to exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to make and cultivate strong personal connections and relationships with homeowners
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in the required timeframe
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment with hours of work varying, especially during peak season
HOURS OF WORK:
This is a full-time position. We encourage all Team Members to take two (2) days off per week where possible, knowing that guests and owners can arrive at unpredictable times. The Team Member should always be available in case of an emergency, which includes evenings and on-call hours. Generally, this may mean being available during the workday of 8 AM - 6 PM although on occasion this will vary according to occupancy of the homes with the expectancy to answer after-hours calls up to 10 PM. Generally, this may mean working some inconsistent hours. Exact daily schedules may vary from season to season and differ from in-season to off-season.
