We are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist for our Corporate office. Position hours are from 8am-4:30pm.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Answering and directing phone calls.
Greeting visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
Reconciling postage petty cash on monthly basis.
Process employee vitamin orders.
Communicate with outside vendors for vending and copy machine service.
Communicate any facilities issues to Building Maintenance.
Requirements:
- 2 years front desk reception experience required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (printers, scanners and multi-line phone system).
- Bi-lingual a plus
- Ideal candidate must be well presented with an excellent phone manner, and a friendly, positive demeanor.
