Role summary
Are you charismatic, confident, and passionate about haircare products? Natural Masters is looking for a Live Stream Sales Host to engage with our audience and drive sales on Tiktok, Instagram, and YouTube Live.
About Us
We are a growing e-commerce company specializing in natural haircare products. We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and sales-driven TikTok Shop Live Host to join our team and help grow our live-commerce business.
Responsibilities
- Present and sell haircare products on camera during a live stream
- Live stream approx 4 - 5 hours a day for 4 days a week (16 -20hrs a week)
- Engage with viewers, answer questions, and create excitement around our products
- Support with sales transactions and order fulfillment
- Collaborate with our team to create additional promo strategies
Requirements
- Comfortable being on camera and in front of an audience
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales ( online or in-person retail)
- Good storytelling skills
- Previous experience in public speaking
- Natural hair care expertise is a plus
- Previous experience in live streaming and content creation is a plus!
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous TikTok Shop Live experience
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or live sales
- Experience growing or engaging an online audience
- Experience creating short-form content for TikTok or social media
- Knowledge of haircare, beauty, health, or general merchandise products
Pay rate
$18–$19/hour base, plus commission bonuses
