About the Role
As a Patient Coordinator (Receptionist), you’ll be the welcoming face and friendly voice that sets the tone for every patient’s experience. You’ll:
- Greet patients with warmth and positivity
- Manage scheduling and check-in/check-out with attention to detail
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Collect co-pays, deductibles, and amounts due at check-in
- Answer phones and assist with questions regarding our specialties
- Support our providers and patients so care flows smoothly
- Coordinate scheduling of referrals
- Bring a helpful, can-do attitude in a supportive environment

Experience
- Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred.

- High School Diploma required
