Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming experience for our patients while ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and create a positive first impression
- Answer phones and assist with scheduling appointments
- Check patients in and out efficiently
- Verify services and assist with supplement/product purchases
- Maintain accurate patient records and daily logs
- Assist with office flow and ensure patients are directed appropriately
- Communicate clearly with the Doctor and team members
Qualifications
- Previous front desk or receptionist experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, professional, and compassionate demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and scheduling software experience
- Interest in holistic health and wellness is a plus
