Full-time seasonal Inside Sales/Administrative Assistant

This position offers growth opportunity for the right individual. We are seeking a self-motivated, results-driven, goal-minded sales consultant who can sell our services while representing our culture and vision.
Daily duties include incoming and outbound sales calls, incoming and outgoing customer service calls, data entry and assistance for our lawn technicians in the field.
The primary responsibilities of the position are:
- To insure that all potential and current customer communications are handled in a consistent and thorough manner. It requires that you build rapport with customers in order to build trust and maintain their satisfaction.
- There is no cold calling involved with this role. All calls will be made to existing customers or prospective customers who have already been provided with a proposal.
During the day, our field technicians provide solutions to our customers for whatever need their properties may have. Many times, customers are not home while our techs are performing services. Your job would be to call those customers from 4 - 7:30 pm - when most people are home - in an effort to close those sales opportunities. From 11 am - 4 pm, your job will be to assist the day-to-day office activities and help solve customer issues.
You will have the ability to earn commission and bonuses based on results.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (or GED)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Advanced problem-solving skills and proven time management
- Ability to learn our business operating software
- At least two years of experience in sales, management and/or customer service in a service field would be helpful. Previous sales or outbound calling experience is preferred.
We offer a small casual office environment. Ideal hours would be 11 am - 7:30 pm Monday-Thursday and Saturday 9 am - 1 pm (during our busy seasons in spring and fall).
