Warehouse Parts Runner

Location: Pecos, TX

Position Summary

• Serve as a Parts Runner, delivering equipment and parts to field locations from the manufacturing facility.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing inventory in the warehouse.
• Support warehouse personal with tasks as needed.
• Maintain appropriate levels of designated supplies.
• Pick up and drop off equipment
• Move, organize, and manage equipment and inventory within the warehouse.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles and verify shipping records for accuracy.
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments.
• Fill, pack, ship, and load orders.
• Perform general warehouse duties including cleaning and maintaining the facility.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• The ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with teams, vendors, and personnel.
• Positive, “can-do” attitude with strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
• Effective time-management skills and demonstrated ethical behavior.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
• Ability to commute/relocate: Reliable transportation required; relocation assistance not provided.
• Employment for this role is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment background check, drug screening, and MVR check in accordance with company policy and applicable laws and requires a DOT physical.
  
  

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

This role is performed in a warehouse environment and requires the ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation, including:

• Standing, walking, bending, and working on your feet for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift).
• The position involves frequent physical labor, including lifting and carrying heavy items up to 50 pounds. Candidates must be able to safely handle these tasks and perform additional physical duties as needed to support operations.
• Performing physical activities requiring use of arms, legs, and full-body movement (e.g., uneven surfaces, stand/sit long periods of time, bending, stooping, hard surfaces, climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching).
• Visual acuity is necessary to read blueprints, measure components, and inspect welds for quality and accuracy.
• Must be able to tolerate exposure to varying temperatures, dust, noise, and fabrication shop conditions.
• Wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE), which may include welding hood, safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and steel-toed boots.
