We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team at our egg processing facility in Middlebury, Indiana. We have multiple openings available throughout our production facility on multiple shifts and are looking for team members who take pride in their work, work well with others, and are committed to maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient workplace.
Our production team plays an important role in making sure our products meet our high standards for food safety, quality, and production.
Available Production Opportunities May Include:
- Production Team Members
- Box Stackers
- Loaders
- Lane Packers
- Flats Washers
- De-nestors
- Sanitation Team Members
- Forklift Drivers
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production equipment as assigned
- Process, package, and handle egg products according to company standards
- Follow all food safety, quality, and sanitation procedures
- Inspect products for quality and report issues to supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Meet production goals and follow established procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
